Hopping into Spring

Spring Break comes to an end after today. It was fun while it lasted. :) I've loved not setting an alarm all week! We stayed in Fort Wayne this year and enjoyed lots of family time & did fun things around the city. We were even able to enjoy a few non-rainy days outside soaking up some sunshine.
Lucy got a new bike right before spring break. She is getting better and better at pedaling. She loves the little basket, so she can have some friends ride along.
One of the days, we made homemade modeling clay. The kids designed little things to paint after they dried. Lucy mostly made "balls" so I helped her out and made a pig & duck too. Ben made a cool Luigi face, a penguin, and a few other small things.
We spent a fun Sunday afternoon at Science Central.
Lucy thought the mirrors were hilarious. She could not get over how crazy she looked.

This thing reminded me of the game Operation. Curt did it so easily and I kept making it buzz. It was making me crazy that I couldn't do it as well as him!

Ben tried "Walking on the Moon" for the first time. He said it was fun, but that the straps kinda hurt.
One afternoon, we made edible bird's nests for a yummy snack.
We tried out Sky Zone for the first time and both of the kids were fans. I thought that Lucy might be too little to really have fun, but she did great and only tired out at the end of our time there.
Ben loved jumping on the squares the best. He did lots of tricks, but all my pictures turned out pretty blurry.
He also liked the basketball hoops.
After Sky Zone, we went to the mall and had Chick-fil-a and rode the carousel.
On Friday, we met the Yoder's at Crazy Pinz for some bowling.
I love these ramps for little kids!

Curt took Ben to Home Depot on Saturday morning for the kid's workshop. He was excited to show me the planter he made.
It took a while, but these two finally let me take a picture before we headed to church.
When Lucy is wearing a dress, she walks around lifting up the sides like this...it cracks me up! :)
