So Long May!

I can't believe that tomorrow will already be June 1st! I think that I'm really feeling the shortness of summer this year since Ben starts school on Aug. 14th. Ugh! Why do they have to start so early? Oh well, we will have as much fun before that as we can. June is already looking like it's going to be a great month, with a vacation at a house right on Lake Michigan and my brother Matt's wedding. I hope it warms up a little bit, so we're not wearing our sweatshirts on the beach all week. Below are a few pictures of what we've been up to the last couple weeks in May.

The garden is planted and growing.
Another fun morning was spent at the zoo. Lucy really liked getting out of her stroller to see the goats.
I got to see one of Ben's t-ball games. Curt helps out as an assistant coach. In this picture, he and Ben are out in the field. It was hard to get a close picture from my phone.
Ben's turn to bat!
We spent Memorial weekend with our friends, the Bairds. The boys went out for ice cream and brought me and Rachel back a treat. (It was Lucy's bedtime).
Jackson, Ben, and Luke played miniature golf with Derek and Curt.

Lucy and Evie had fun playing together. They were jabbering away to each other in this picture.
Lucy likes to try on any shoes that are left out. She found mine one afternoon. She also has crazy hair since she pulls out her ponytails all day long. Makes me CRAZY!
She loves to sit and look at books.
 Cheese!
Ben's friend Evan came over yesterday to spend the day playing with Ben. They had such a good time and Ben was not happy when it was time to bring him home in the afternoon.
